1. Bed bugs control :

Bed bugs draw blood from their hosts by piercing the skin with a small beak-like apparatus. The saliva of the bed bug may be introduced to the human body during the bed bug's feeding and may cause some redness or swelling, most bed bug bites are harmless.  Bedbugs usually attack hosts at night while the host is asleep.  . Later, as the bed bug bite starts to itch or swell, it may be attributed to fleas or mosquitoes. This makes it very difficult to diagnose an infestation, until the infestation reaches considerable size.

Bed bugs belong to the family Cimicidae and class insecta. They are flat, oval and wingless. These are reddish-brown bugs that are usually less then 7mm long, have moderately long, slender antennae, thin legs and vestigial wings in the form of stubs. Females can deposit one to five eggs a day, and may lay 200 to 500 eggs in a lifetime. Under normal room temperatures and with an adequate food supply, bed bugs can live over 300 days.

http://www.aces.edu/dept/extcomm/newspaper/may2c03.html

What we do know is that cockroaches are known carriers of many different diseases.  That include 32 bacterial and 17 fungal related diseases, three protozoa related illness and two viruses.

Cockroaches live in a wide range of environments around the world. Pest species adapt readily to a variety of environments, but prefer warm conditions found within buildings. Many tropical species prefer even warmer environments and do not fare well in the average household.

Spraying TreatmentIn this process the infested area and surrounding areas (such as water outlets, attics kitchen corners etc) will be treated by spraying the latest approved insecticides recommended for this. This treatment conforms with the regulations of COSHH (Control of Substance Hazardous to Health).

The chemical spray treatment will clear cockroaches instantly as it attacks the main area where the cockroaches hide and lay eggs. after the treatment is completed all the rooms which have been treated must be cleaned and vacuumed properly.

3. Rodents :

Worldwide, rats and mice spread over 35 diseases. These diseases can be spread to humans directly, through handling of rodents, through contact with rodent feces, urine, or saliva, or through rodent bites. Diseases carried by rodents can also be spread to humans indirectly, through ticks, mites or fleas that have fed on an infected rodent.

And more ever it causes huge losses for industries, factories, food stores, IT, Software companies etc.,

Instincts: Rats are instinctively wary of things new to their environment, including rat control measures such as traps and bait, and colonize in attics, burrows, under concrete and porches, in wall voids and other hard-to-reach places.

Termites can find ways to enter your house that you have never thought of. They are small enough to gain entry into hidden areas of basements, crawl spaces, and concrete slabs, through openings as small as 1/32nd of an inch.

A. Termites can build mud tubes across many feet of concrete, brick, cinder block, treated wood, or metal termite shields into even the upper floors of a structure.
